Is the platform HIPAA compliant?
Patient data runs through a HIPAA-enabled CRM covered by a Business Associate Agreement. HIPAA compliance also depends on your own policies and staff practices, which your compliance advisor should review.
How long does a build take?
It depends mostly on catalog size and how quickly your physician and pharmacy confirm their workflows. We give you a timeline with the quote.
